Our studio is 24m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The building offers a full leisure area and 24-hour security.
We are 1km from Allianz Parque and close to attractions such as Memorial da América Latina, Parque da Água Branca, Espaço Unimed, among others.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket. A complete linen set will be available for each stay. If you wish to replace the linen or towels during your stay, you will need to request this service separately.
- If you need extra cleaning during your stay, please contact our team in advance. This service comes with an additional fee.
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is equipped with guardrails, providing extra safety for the space.
- The condominium offers a shared OMO laundry facility. This service is charged separately and instructions are available on site.
Upon entering, the guest finds:
- Kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay: refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, and electric kettle, among other items.
- Balcony with a glass door featuring soundproofing and blackout curtains, offering a chair for relaxation and a pleasant city view.
- The studio space is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, LG Smart TV, bathroom with gas shower, and hairdryer.
We do not offer a parking space; however, there are nearby parking lots available for a fee paid directly on site.
The guest may use the condominium's leisure areas, such as the pool, gym, and coworking space. Access to the party room and gourmet area is not permitted.
Meu Anfitrião Agency takes care of this property and will provide you with all the information you need for your stay, including the property manual, local guidelines, and recommendations for leisure activities in the area.

- After confirming the reservation, the person in charge must send a selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental contract, in addition to a valid photo ID for all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE, or passport).
- No noise or use of loudspeakers is permitted after 10 PM. Violation may result in a fine, according to condominium rules.
- Parties, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted in the property.
- The studio does not have child safety nets. The balcony has a railing, providing greater safety, but we recommend extra attention with children.
- The property's voltage is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's common areas, such as the pool, gym, and coworking space. Use of the party room and gourmet area is not permitted.
- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry facility (service paid separately, instructions available on site).
- Bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket are provided (1 complete set per stay). Additional changes may be requested at an extra cost.
- If you require cleaning during your stay, you can request it in advance (service paid separately).
- The property does not have a parking space. There are nearby parking lots available (payment directly on site).
- A security deposit of R$ 1,000.00 will be required, linked to the reservation, to cover any potential damages. If there are no incidents, the amount will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection of the property.
