Our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests in a 28m² space. The building offers a leisure area and 24-hour on-site security, ensuring convenience and safety.

We are located 1.3 km from Vergueiro station (Line 1 – Blue) and near the traditional Liberdade neighborhood, known as the largest center of oriental culture in the city. We are also just minutes from Aclimação Park, a great place for walking, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket for your stay. One complete set of linens is provided per reservation. If you wish to replace the bed linens or towels during your stay, an additional service can be requested at an extra cost.

- If you are interested in extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance for scheduling (this service is charged separately).

- The apartment does not have child safety screens. However, the balcony is enclosed with glass, which increases safety in the area.

- The building offers a shared laundry facility by OMO, available for guests to use. Usage is paid, and instructions are provided on site.

Upon entering the apartment, the guest finds:

- Kitchen: Equipped with items designed to provide greater convenience during your stay, such as a minibar, cooktop stove, range hood, microwave, sandwich maker, water filter, blender, electric kettle, and coffee maker, among other essential utensils.

- Living room: Next to the kitchen is the living room, featuring a table and chairs ideal for both meals and working from home, as well as a sofa bed and a Philco Smart TV.

- Balcony: Integrated with the living room and the suite, the balcony has a glass door with soundproofing, blackout curtains, and glass window enclosures, offering more comfort and tranquility to the environment.

- Suite: The bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a gas shower and a hair dryer, providing more convenience for daily routines.

- Additional amenities: The apartment also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron, and one covered, unassigned parking space in the condominium garage.

The guest may use the condominium's leisure areas, which include a pool, gym, sauna, game room, small market, playroom, and coworking space. Use of the coworking space is subject to availability at the time of use. The party room is not included among the areas accessible to guests and therefore cannot be used during the stay.

We have a team responsible for managing the property, who will be in charge of providing all the necessary guidance for your stay.
