Our rustic-style house, measuring 150m², accommodates up to 6 people in three bedrooms and offers all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay.

We are just 500m from Perequê Beach and strategically located near the Morro da Cruz Lookout, the Pico do Baepi Trail, and downtown Ilhabela, home to the island's main bars and restaurants.

- We provide a complete set of linens, including pillows, sheets, bath towels, face towels, and microfiber blankets. Beach towels are not provided.

- The house has a steep access ramp and stairs, making it not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

- We do not have a washing machine in the house. Laundry facilities are available nearby (fees apply, directly on site).

- The house has a security camera located at the entrance to the upper garage. There are no cameras in private areas of the house.

- WARNING: The balcony has a low sill and cannot support a high weight capacity. Caution is advised, especially with children.

Upon entering the house, guests find the living room, furnished with comfortable armchairs and a small balcony with views of nature. Next door, we have the dining room with a table, chairs, a side cabinet, and a fan.

The kitchen is fully equipped, offering a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, range hood, blender, sandwich maker, Oster coffee maker, and other utensils necessary for a convenient stay.

On the upper floor, we offer a mezzanine with two single sofa beds, ideal for accommodating two guests or serving as a resting and reading space.

The outdoor area features a gourmet area with a charcoal grill and seating.

For added convenience, the house offers three parking spaces: one covered and two uncovered.

The guest will have free access to all areas of the house, except for the caretaker's house, which is located on the same land, ensuring greater security.

Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including a manual, property rules, and tips for nearby leisure activities.
