We're located in the heart of Brás, close to the Brás and Bresser-Mooca subway stations, next to the Feira da Madrugada Fair and the Immigration Museum—a place that combines tradition, commerce, and easy access.


- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).

Parking spaces are not available, but parking is available in a nearby parking lot (fees apply).


Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, sun deck, gym, playroom, and playground. They will not be able to use the party room or barbecue area.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental agreement and submit valid ID with photos of all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE, or passport).
