Located 650m from Martim de Sá beach in Caraguatatuba, our space is part of a condominium with other chalets, and is ideal for those who want to spend quality time with their family.

Our chalet is around 80 m2 and accommodates up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms. There is also a shared pool on the property that can be used by all condominium units.

- ATTENTION: The Villagio swimming pool is currently closed.

- We accept pets, upon prior consultation (check the rules)

- There is a swimming pool in the common area of ​​the condominium, which is shared with the other chalets. The place is safe and has security cameras and an electric fence on the walls.

- There is a caretaker resident in the condominium who can resolve queries during your stay.

Upon entering the chalet, on the ground floor, our guests will find a living room with benches, 22-inch television and ceiling fan. Integrated into it, we have a dining room and a kitchen.

For greater convenience, behind the chalet, we offer an outdoor area with a private barbecue and washing tank.

On the first floor of the chalet, up the stairs, there are two bedrooms that share a bathroom. One of these rooms has a double bed and the other two bunk beds. Both have a ceiling fan.

Guests will have free access to the entire property. However, the chalet has 1 flight of stairs from the ground floor to the first floor and the rooms on the upper floor, therefore it is not recommended for the elderly and people with reduced mobility.
