Located on Rua Frei Caneca, our 25m² studio offers practicality and comfort in a condominium with a complete leisure area and 24-hour in person concierge.

Strategically next to Shopping Frei Caneca and close to the Higienópolis-Mackenzie subway, it is ideal for exploring the city while maintaining a work routine. There is also an Oxxo market on the building's facade, combining comfort and convenience in one place.

- There are no child protection screens.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (prices and instructions directly on site).

Our studio comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.

Guests will have access to a kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, among others. We also have a table for dining or home office and a TV, as well as a bathroom with an electric shower.

A balcony with a glass door and blackout curtain divides the spaces. There is a bench for resting and a view of the city.

To ensure comfort in all seasons, the apartment has air conditioning and an electric oil heater, as well as high-speed WI-FI.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (fees apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure area facilities such as: swimming pool, gym, solarium, coworking space, outdoor living area and bicycle rack. You will not be able to use the party room and barbecue area.
