- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the short-term rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).

- Noise and loud music are prohibited after 10 PM. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- ATTENTION: The balcony door only opens from the inside.

- There is construction of another building next to the building. On weekdays, noise levels of up to 85dB may occur from 7 AM to 7 PM, while noise levels of up to 59dB may occur from 7 PM to 7 AM. On weekends and holidays, noise levels of up to 85dB may occur from 8 AM to 2 PM, while noise levels of up to 59dB may occur from 2 PM to 8 AM.

Espaço novo, muito limpo e de fácil acesso. Tudo funciona perfeitamente bem: geladeira grande, ar condicionado, fogão de indução, ferro de passar e a vapor, microondas, Airfryer, sanduicheira, liquidificador... Possui tudo o que necessário para a estadia: talhares, panelas, copos, taças... O chuveiro é excelente e a cama muito confortável. A área da piscina é muito agradável. Portaria 24h. Recomendo muito!
