- After the reservation is confirmed, the person responsible must send a selfie holding their ID for the short-term rental agreement, as well as valid photo identification for all guests (ID, driver’s license, RNE, or passport).
- Noise and loudspeakers are not allowed after 10 PM. Failure to comply may result in a fine, according to condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.
- Visitors are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- Attention: the balcony door can only be opened from the inside.
- There is construction work in a nearby building. On weekdays, noise levels may reach up to 85dB from 7 AM to 7 PM and up to 59dB from 7 PM to 7 AM. On weekends and holidays, noise may reach up to 85dB from 8 AM to 2 PM and up to 59dB from 2 PM to 8 AM.
- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets available.
- Guests have access to common leisure areas such as the gym. Access to the barbecue area, coworking space, and party room is not included.

O studio é bem localizado, fácil de encontrar, muito próximo ao metrô e pontos de ônibus. O prédio é bem equipado. Os anfitriões foram ágeis em responder todas as minhas solicitações. Apesar de compacto, tem tudo para uma estadia confortável e tranquila. Voltaria para outra experiência.

Espaço novo, muito limpo e de fácil acesso. Tudo funciona perfeitamente bem: geladeira grande, ar condicionado, fogão de indução, ferro de passar e a vapor, microondas, Airfryer, sanduicheira, liquidificador... Possui tudo o que necessário para a estadia: talhares, panelas, copos, taças... O chuveiro é excelente e a cama muito confortável. A área da piscina é muito agradável. Portaria 24h. Recomendo muito!
