Our studio accommodates up to 4 people and offers a 25m² space. The building features a leisure area and a 24-hour concierge service.

We are just 700m from Avenida Paulista, one of the city's main tourist attractions, which has various shops, shopping malls, museums, and the Brigadeiro subway station (Line 2 – Green), allowing for easy transportation.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set per stay will be provided. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be contracted separately).

- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply, payable directly on-site).

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the short-term rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).

- Noise and loud music are prohibited after 10 PM. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- Visitors are prohibited.

- Pets are prohibited.

- Smoking is prohibited.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
