Our studio is approximately 25m² and comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests in a queen-size bed. The condominium offers full leisure facilities and a 24-hour front desk.

The location is excellent, close to popular attractions such as Beco do Batman, Cinesala, and Avenida Rebouças, which features a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and services.


- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The building has a shared OMO laundry room (additional charges apply, instructions available on-site).


The space is fully equipped and comfortable, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi and the following layout:

- The kitchen includes a water filter, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, sandwich maker, toaster, and other essentials to make your stay more convenient.

- The bathroom is equipped with an electric shower and a hair dryer.

- In the main studio area, you will find a work desk, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a queen-size bed. The integrated balcony features a sofa, Smart TV, dining table, and blackout blinds.

- We do not provide parking, but there are nearby parking options available (additional cost, paid directly on-site).


Guests have access to the condominium’s leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool and gym. Access to the party room and gourmet area is not included.

- After the reservation is confirmed, the person responsible must send a selfie holding their ID for the short-term rental agreement, as well as valid photo identification for all guests (ID, driver’s license, RNE, or passport).

- Noise and loudspeakers are not allowed after 10 PM. Failure to comply may result in a fine, according to condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.

- Visitors are not permitted.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There is only one 220V outlet, which is used exclusively for the TV.

- Guests have access to the condominium’s leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool and gym. Access to the party room and gourmet area is not included.

- The condominium offers a shared OMO laundry facility, available for an additional fee (instructions provided on-site).

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket, with 1 full set per stay. Additional changes can be requested for an extra fee.
