Our ranch accommodates up to 21 people in 5 bedrooms, with a total area of ​​250m² throughout the property, offering a spacious leisure experience and connection with nature.

We are located near the Atibainha Reservoir and Itaberaba State Park, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and ideal areas for walks, trails, and contact with the environment.

- We do not provide linens. Guests must bring their own bed linens and bath and face towels.

- Small pets are allowed.

- The ranch has 3 external security cameras for property security.

- We do not provide a washing machine. It is possible to use a nearby laundromat in the city of Piracicaba (separate charges apply, payable directly on site).

The ranch is completely flat and has the following layout:

- Outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers.

- Gourmet area with barbecue and wood-fired oven, allowing for diverse culinary options.

- Integrated living and dining rooms with sofas, TV, games table and dining table.

- Fully equipped kitchen with the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay, such as refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, among others.

- 2 bathrooms with electric showers.

- Bedroom 1: one double bed, one single bed, wardrobe and TV.

- Bedroom 2: one double bed and one single bed.

- Bedroom 3: one double bed, one bunk bed and wardrobe.

- Bedroom 4: three bunk beds.

- Bedroom 5: two bunk beds and one single bed.

We also have high-speed Wi-Fi and 6 uncovered parking spaces within the property.

The guest will have free access to all areas of the ranch.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips for leisure activities near the location.

It is recommended to use vehicles to get around the city and surrounding areas. Using ride-sharing apps like Uber may be more difficult, as we are in a remote area.
