Our studio comfortably accommodates 2 people in a double bed, in a space of approximately 22m². We have a complete leisure area and 24-hour on-site security in the building.

We are approximately 500m from the Oscar Freire metro station (Line 4 – Yellow) and next to Av. Rebouças, where you can find various shops, restaurants and bars.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety.

- Use of the building's laundry facilities is not permitted. A nearby laundry facility is available (separate charges apply; instructions for use are provided on-site).

Upon arrival, guests will have access to:

- A fully equipped kitchen with the necessary utensils and appliances for a comfortable stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, electric coffee maker, blender, among others, as well as a table with chairs and a sofa for meals or a home office.

- A studio apartment with a double bed, iron and ironing board, Smart TV, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

- An enclosed balcony with glass windows and blackout curtains.

- A bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (separate charges apply, payable directly on site).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as: swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not have access to the condominium's party room, barbecue area and laundry facilities.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips for leisure activities near the location.
