Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a queen bed and has 22m² of space. We are located in a condominium with a leisure area and 24-hour remote concierge service.
We are close to Shopping Ibirapuera, Avenida dos Bandeirantes and approximately 1.7km from Congonhas Airport, making it the ideal combination of leisure and convenience.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).
- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).
- The studio does not have child safety screens, but it does have glass windows, ensuring greater safety.
- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (separate charges apply).
Our space boasts a beautiful view and follows this layout:
- The studio offers a queen-size bed, Smart TV, hot and cold air conditioning, a dining table or home office, wardrobe, and blinds.
- The kitchen has a cupboard, a separate cooktop stove, a blender, a water filter, a microwave, a mini-fridge, an air fryer, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, among many other items to facilitate your accommodation.
- The bathroom includes a hairdryer, bidet, and electric shower.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (separate charges apply).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, and coworking space. They will not be able to use the gourmet area.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the seasonal rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).
- Noise and loudspeakers are prohibited after 10 PM. Violation will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- The studio does not have child safety screens, but it has glass windows, ensuring greater safety.
- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as: swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not be able to use the gourmet area.
