Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed and has a space of 27m². We are located in a building with a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge service.

The building is strategically located near the Campo Belo metro station and Ibirapuera Shopping Mall, making it ideal for those who want to explore more of the city while working.

- The studio does not have child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety for the space.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).

- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (separate charges apply).

In the studio, guests have access to:

- A fully equipped kitchen with cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, blender, sandwich maker, mixer, coffee maker, and electric kettle, among other essential utensils and appliances for a comfortable stay.

- Studio with double bed, hot and cold air conditioning, Smart TV, table with chairs for home office or meals, wardrobe, and iron.

- Balcony with city views, enclosed by a glass door with soundproofing and blackout blinds.

- Bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer.

We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot (separate charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: gym, swimming pool, mini-market and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room.
