Our space is 23m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a queen-size bed. The building offers a gym, coworking space, and 24-hour concierge service.

We are strategically located 1km from Allianz Parque, one of the city's main venues for football games, events, and concerts, and close to Parque da Água Branca and the Bourbon and West Plaza shopping malls, combining convenience and leisure in one place.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety.

- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply; instructions are available on site).

The guest has at their disposal:

- A kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances ideal for a comfortable stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, electric kettle, Três Corações coffee maker, among others, in addition to a counter with stools for meals or a home office.

- A studio apartment with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, Smart TV, hot and cold air conditioning, iron and ironing board, and space for a home office or meals with chairs, as well as glass windows, soundproofing, and blackout blinds.

- A bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (separate charges apply, payable on site).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as the gym and coworking space. They will not be able to use the party room or barbecue area.
