Our space comfortably accommodates 2 people in a double bed, with the studio measuring 27m². The building has 24-hour security.

We are just 200m from the Moema metro station (Line 5 - Lilac) and next to Avenida Ibirapuera, which connects us to Ibirapuera Park and Parque das Bicicletas (Bicycle Park). We are also close to Shopping Ibirapuera and Hospital Alvorada.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety.

- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (separate charges apply, payable directly on-site).

Our studio has been prepared and equipped with the necessary items for your stay, including:
