Our space comfortably accommodates 2 people in a queen-size bed, with the studio measuring 30m². The building has 24-hour security.

We are approximately 350m from the Oscar Freire metro station (Line 4 – Yellow) and next to Av. Rebouças, where you can find various shops, restaurants and bars.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows and the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.

- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (separate charges apply, payable directly on site).
