We are located in one of the largest business regions in the city, with easy access to Avenida Morumbi and the Morumbi and Market Place shopping malls. We are also just 450m from Morumbi-Claro train station (Line 9 – Emerald and Line 17 – Gold, recently opened with access to the airport).

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).

- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (separate charges apply, payable directly on-site). This facility has open Wi-Fi.

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety.

Upon entering the studio, the guest has at their disposal:

- A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, cooktop stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, sandwich maker, air fryer, blender, and other utensils ideal for a practical stay.

We provide one exclusive parking space for people with disabilities. We do not offer regular parking spaces, but you can park your car at a nearby parking lot (fees apply, paid directly on site).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the pool, lounge, gym, minimarket, and coworking space. The guest will not have access to the party room. ATTENTION: The pool is under maintenance. The expected reopening date is 05/15/2026.
