Our space comfortably accommodates 2 people in a queen bed, with the studio distributed over 24m². The building has 24-hour on-site security.

We are located in one of the city's main business areas, with easy access to Avenida Morumbi and to Morumbi and Market Place shopping malls. We are also just 450m from Morumbi-Claro train station (Line 9 – Emerald and Line 17 – Gold, recently opened with access to the airport).

- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be booked separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings for increased safety.

- The building offers a shared OMO laundry facility (charges apply, paid directly on site).

Once inside, guests have access to:

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).

- Noise and loudspeakers are prohibited after 10 PM. Violation will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- Visitors are prohibited.

- Pets are prohibited.

- Smoking is prohibited.

- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety for the area.

- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, lounge, gym, mini-market, and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room. ATTENTION: The swimming pool is under maintenance. The expected reopening date is May 15, 2026.

- The building has a shared OMO laundry room (prices are separate, payable on-site). This facility has open Wi-Fi.

- The building is undergoing renovations. On weekdays, noise levels up to 85dB may occur from 7 am to 7 pm, while noise levels up to 59dB may occur from 7 pm to 7 am. On weekends and holidays, noise levels up to 85dB may occur from 8 am to 2 pm, while noise levels up to 59dB may occur from 2 pm to 8 am.
