The studio has an area of approximately 24m² and accommodates up to 3 people with a king bed and a suspended single bed. The building features 24-hour on-site security.

We are just 180m from Vila Mariana subway station (Line 1 – Blue), close to Rua Vergueiro, and 2km from Ibirapuera Park. Shopping-Metrô Santa Cruz is only 1.3km away.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be requested separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional fees apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is equipped with guardrails to ensure greater safety.

- The condominium features a shared OMO laundry facility (usage fees apply and are paid directly on site).

Our studio has been prepared and equipped with everything needed for your stay. Upon entering, guests will find:

- Studio area with a king-size bed and a suspended single bed, Samsung Smart TV, air conditioning, desk with chair for home office use, and blackout curtains.

- Balcony with a table and chairs for meals and a city view, separated by a soundproof glass door for added privacy.

- Bathroom with gas-heated shower and hair dryer.

We also offer high-speed WI-FI for those who wish to work remotely.

We do not provide parking spaces, but cars can be parked at a nearby parking lot (charges apply, paid directly at the location).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, coworking space, game room, minimarket, gym, and study lounge. The swimming pool is closed every Wednesday for maintenance, except on holidays. Access to the party room and barbecue area is not permitted.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, house rules, and leisure tips nearby.
