Our 24 m² studio comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests, featuring a queen-size bed and a practical sofa bed. The building offers full amenities, including leisure areas, 24-hour on-site concierge, and a convenient Oxxo market right at the entrance.
The location is a highlight: just 300 meters from Frei Caneca Shopping Mall, 800 meters from Higienópolis–Mackenzie Station (Yellow Line – Line 4), and 1 km from Consolação Station (Green Line – Line 2).
- We provide a complete set of linens per stay, including bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket. If you wish to have the linens changed during your stay, this service can be requested separately.
- If you are interested in extra cleaning during your stay, contact our team in advance. This service is optional and has an additional cost.
- The property doesn't have child safety screens.
- The building offers a shared OMO laundry service, with usage subject to a fee. Instructions for use are available on site.
Upon entering the studio, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen designed for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo POP coffee machine, water filter, and essential utensils.
The balcony is separated by glass doors with blackout curtains, allowing natural light during the day and privacy at night.
The space also features a bathroom with an electric shower, a multifunctional table for dining or work, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
There is no on-site parking, but a paid parking facility is available across the street.
Guests have access to several shared amenities, including a coworking space, bike storage, game room, gym, and a pleasant solarium with a jacuzzi — perfect for relaxing or keeping up with daily routines. Other leisure areas in the building are not available for guest use.
You will be assisted by a dedicated property management team, ready to provide all the information you need for your stay. A complete guide will be provided, including house rules and recommendations for nearby attractions and services.
The My One Bela Vista condominium offers complete studios measuring approximately 24m² and has a 24-hour front desk and a complete leisure area, as well as various amenities within the building and in the region to assist you during your stay.

Preço justo e ótima localização, próximo ao Shopping Frei Caneca. Dá para ir a pé à Rua Augusta e à Avenida Paulista.
O atendimento na reserva foi ágil: precisei reservar e entrar no mesmo dia, e em poucas horas todos os trâmites estavam concluídos, permitindo uma entrada tranquila.
Como sugestão de melhoria, apenas a disponibilização de um espelho grande no espaço.

A estadia foi muito boa, a única dificuldade que tivemos foi ao acesso ao prédio que é por meio de leitura facial e a nossa não estava cadastrada, mas conversei com o anfitrião e foi rapidamente resolvido.
A localização é muito boa, com mercados perto, shopping e diversas coisas para fazer em SP.
Gostei muito da experiência e com certeza voltarei em outra vez.

Fica proximo ao Centro da cidade e a região da Avenida Paulista. Tem várias opções de restaurantes, cinemas, shoppings.
