We are right in front of Vila Madalena subway station (Line 2 – Green) and close to Beco do Batman, offering the ideal combination of leisure and convenience for those visiting São Paulo for business or tourism.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you would like to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety in the area.

- The condominium offers a shared OMO laundry facility (fees apply, paid directly on site).

Upon entering the apartment, you will find:
