- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the seasonal rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).
- Noise and loudspeakers are prohibited after 10 PM. Violation will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.

- Smoking is prohibited.
- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety.
- Guests will have access to the building's common areas and can move around freely.
- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room on the ground floor (separate charges apply; instructions are available on site). Operating hours are from 6 AM to 10 PM.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).
- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).
- Do not alter the studio's furniture or decor.
- Please do not flush toilet paper or sanitary napkins down the toilet.

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will cover any unforeseen circumstances. If there are no unforeseen circumstances, there will be no extra charges. This deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out, subject to verification by the property.
