We are located in one of the city's largest business districts, with easy access to Morumbi Avenue and the Morumbi and Market Place malls. We are also just 450m from the Morumbi-Claro train station.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change linens and towels during your stay, this service must be booked separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows, ensuring extra security for the space.

- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply, paid directly on-site). This area has open WI-FI access.

When entering the studio, the guest will find:

We do not offer regular parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (additional fees apply, paid directly at the location).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, lounge, gym, minimarket, and coworking space. Access to the party room is not allowed.
