We are located in one of the city’s largest business districts, with easy access to Morumbi Avenue and the Morumbi and Market Place shopping malls. We are also just 450m from Morumbi-Claro train station (Line 9 – Emerald and Line 17 – Gold, newly opened with access to the airport).

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set per stay will be offered. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, it must be requested separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is fully enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety for the area.

- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply, paid directly at the location). This area offers open WI-FI access.
