We are located in one of the city's largest business districts, with easy access to Avenida Morumbi and the Morumbi and Market Place shopping malls. We are also just 450m from Morumbi-Claro train station (Line 9 – Emerald and Line 17 – Gold, newly opened with airport access).
We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately). If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply). There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety for the space. The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply, paid directly on site). This area has open Wi-Fi access.
Upon entering the studio, guests will find:
- A kitchen equipped with ideal items and appliances for a cozy stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, capsule coffee machine, sandwich maker, electric kettle, air fryer, among others.
- The studio area comes with a double bed, Samsung Smart TV, air conditioning for cooling only, a desk with a chair for home office use, glass window enclosures with sound insulation, and blackout curtains.
- Bathroom with gas-powered shower.
We also provide high-speed Wi-Fi.
The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, lounge, gym, minimarket, and coworking space. Access to the party room is not allowed.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, house rules, and leisure tips in the surrounding area.

- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
