We accommodate up to 2 people in a double bed, with a total space of 20m². We are located in a condominium with a gym and 24-hour on-site security.
The building is near Avenida Ibirapuera, Moema station (Line 5 – Lilás), and Congonhas Airport, providing access to major city locations such as the mall and Ibirapuera Park.
- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this will need to be arranged separately).
- If you would like extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (subject to additional charges).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is fully enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety.
- The building does not have a shared laundry facility. You can use a nearby laundry service (charges apply and are paid directly at the location).
In the space, guests have at their disposal:
- Kitchen equipped with the ideal utensils and appliances for your stay, such as refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, hand blender, sandwich maker, among others.
- Studio area with a double bed, cold air conditioning, Samsung Smart TV, table with chairs for dining or home office, wardrobe and hangers, steamer, semi-blackout curtains, and enclosed by glass windows.
- Bathroom with gas shower.
- Countertop with sink and hair dryer.
We also offer high-speed WI-FI that works throughout the space.
We do not provide a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charged separately).
The guest may use the condominium's gym. Other leisure facilities are not available for guest use.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, house rules, and tips for leisure activities nearby.
Ibirapuera Park Studios has fully equipped studios, offered in a condominium with a leisure area and 24-hour concierge.

Accommodation Rules - Pre-booking:
- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the seasonal rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).
- Noise and loudspeakers are prohibited after 10 PM. Violation will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety.
- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests may use the condominium gym. They may not use the other leisure facilities. - The condominium laundry is not available. However, there are options nearby (at an additional cost).
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).
- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (at an additional cost).
- We do not have a garage, but parking is available in a nearby parking lot (at an additional cost).
- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will cover any unforeseen circumstances. If there are no unforeseen circumstances, there will be no extra charges. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to verification by the property.
