Our studio has a spacious 35m² space and accommodates up to 2 people in a queen-size bed. We are located in a gated community with complete leisure facilities and a 24-hour concierge.

Located close to Beco do Batman and the Vila Madalena subway station, it is ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).

- The Vila Madalena region is known for its large number of bars and restaurants that remain open until late at night. The noise coming from these establishments can be loud until closing time.

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, water filter, Nespresso coffee maker, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, among others, as well as a table with chairs for meals. Next door, there is a balcony with views of the city.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron and bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer.

We provide 1 marked parking space. ATTENTION: the parking space is narrow and cannot accommodate larger cars. If the car is too large for the space, it will be necessary to park the car in an external parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure area facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not be able to use the party room and barbecue area.
