Room with shared kitchen near the subway

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- No visitors.

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- There are no child safety screens, but the room has windows, ensuring greater security to the place.

- The standard voltage of the room is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.

- The room is located inside a coliving property with 4 rooms. Guests will have access to the shared kitchen and laundry room, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a stove, oven, microwave, water filter, blender, Italian coffee maker, among others, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bathroom is also shared by the 4 bedrooms and has an electric shower. Guests will have free access to the entire condominium.

- The condominium does not have a shared laundry room. It is possible to use a laundry room near the building (prices apply, directly on site).

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (prices apply).

- We do not have a garage, but you can park in a nearby parking lot (prices apply).
