We have a 15m² space and can accommodate up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium has a concierge.

We are in front of Minhocão and close to attractions in the region, such as Marechal Deodoro Square and Funarte Culture Complex, as well as restaurants, bars and shops.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the room has windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium does not have a shared laundry room. It is possible to use a laundry room near the building (charges apply, directly on site).

Our room has a Smart TV, minibar, air conditioning, fan, table with chairs for dining or home office and wardrobe with hangers. We also have a balcony with a bench, blackout curtains and a view of the Minhocão.

We do not have a garage, but you can park in a nearby lot (charges apply).

The room is located within a 4-bedroom coliving property. Guests will have access to the shared kitchen and laundry room, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a stove, oven, microwave, water filter, blender, Italian coffee maker, among others, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Guests will have free access to the entire condominium.

PLEASE NOTE: The bathroom is also shared by the 4 bedrooms and has an electric shower.
