Our chalet was built in the 1970s and features a modern yet rustic structure. Located in a wooded area 2.5 km from the center of Capivari, it's an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy being in contact with nature, tranquility, and want to experience a spacious and recently renovated environment.

The location is quiet and safe, and its greatest charm is all the nature surrounding its beautiful glass-walled living room with a cozy fireplace and views of an araucaria forest.

- We provide bed linens and towels, blankets, and pillows. All beds have heated sheets and oil heaters.

- Small pets are allowed, subject to prior arrangement and payment of an extra fee of R$100.00 per pet.

- We are in a safe area, close to condominiums and with constant security provided by night guards.

- Access to the chalet may be more difficult on rainy days due to the number of rocks and steep terrain.

Upon arrival, in addition to having a large area for contact with nature, guests will find:

- An outdoor area with a covered barbecue and outdoor benches to enjoy a sunny day or appreciate a glass of wine at sunset.

- A glass-enclosed living room overlooking the Araucaria forest, with a fireplace, sofas, armchairs, TV, and a table with chairs for meals.

- A fully equipped kitchen with the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay, such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, blender, water filter, and other functional kitchen utensils.

- Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, electric heater, heated sheets, and window curtains.

- Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, electric heater, heated sheets, and window curtains.

- Bedroom 3 with two single beds, electric heater, heated sheets, and window curtains.

- A bathroom with an electric shower and a sink, with hot water in the taps.

Our chalet is also equipped with SKY TV, Netflix in the living room, and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi (600 MB).

We are in a safe area, close to condominiums and with constant security provided by night guards. We offer 2 parking spaces.

The guest will have full access to the chalet's facilities and surroundings.

The Agency My Host manages this property and will pass all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, rules of the property and leisure tips near the locality.
