Our chalet accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children. Built in 1949 from Araucaria wood, our chalet is located in a wooded area of ​​11,000m². It is small and rustic, like the old chalets of the city, maintaining its original form to this day, offering a traditional Campos do Jordão experience.

We are just 2.5 km from the center of Capivari. Surrounded by nature, the chalet offers tranquility, privacy, and security for all types of guests.

- We provide bed linens and towels, blankets, and pillows. All beds have heated sheets and oil heaters.

- Small pets are allowed, subject to prior consultation and payment of an extra fee of R$100.00 per pet.

- We are located in a safe area, near condominiums and with constant security provided by night guards.

The location is quiet, and its greatest charm lies in the surrounding Araucaria forests with an attached glass-enclosed room, where it's possible to shelter from the cold without losing contact with nature. Furthermore, the chalet has double walls, making it cozy on cold days. Upon arrival, guests will find:

- An outdoor area with a gourmet corner for a barbecue or pizza in the garden, as well as a hill next to the chalet to relax and enjoy a glass of wine on a sunny day.

- A covered outdoor veranda with comfortable sofas, a rocking chair, and a fireplace for cold days; a space designed to unwind, listen to the sounds of nature, and enjoy the cozy mountain atmosphere.

- A living room with a sofa and table with chairs for meals.

- A fully equipped kitchen with the ideal items for a comfortable stay, such as a stove, refrigerator, oven, water filter, electric kettle and coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, and other utensils.

- Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed and electric heater.

- Bedroom 2 with two single beds and an electric heater.

We are in a safe area, close to condominiums and with constant security from night guards. We offer 3 parking spaces.
