The apartment accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed and has 28m². The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour doorman.

The condominium is located in front of the El Dorado Shopping Mall and close to Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, which is home to Largo da Batata and a large business center.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the apartment is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions available directly on site).

Upon arrival, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a minibar, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle, among others.

The living room has a Smart TV, a table with chairs for dining or a home office, and a sofa.

We also have a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom, portable air conditioning, high-speed WI-FI, steamer, blackout curtains in the bedroom and bathroom with electric shower and hairdryer.

We do not have parking spaces available, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, sauna, bicycle parking, coworking space and gym. They will not have access to the party room, barbecue area and cinema room.
