The condominium is located in front of the El Dorado Shopping Mall and close to Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, which is home to Largo da Batata and a large business center.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the apartment is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions available directly on site).
Upon arrival, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a minibar, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle, among others.
The living room has a Smart TV, a table with chairs for dining or a home office, and a sofa.
We also have a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom, portable air conditioning, electric oil heater, high-speed Wi-Fi, steamer, blackout curtains in the bedroom and bathroom with electric shower and hairdryer.
We do not have parking spaces available, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, sauna, bicycle parking, coworking space and gym. They will not have access to the party room, barbecue area and cinema room.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- No visitors.
- No pets.

- We have air conditioning and electric heating inside the apartment.
- There are no child safety screens, but the apartment is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater security to the place.
- The standard voltage of the apartment is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.
- The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, sauna, bike rack, coworking space and gym. You will not have access to the party room, barbecue area or cinema room.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (prices separately, instructions directly on site).
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be contracted separately).
- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (prices separately).

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is tied to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges. This will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon inspection of the unit.

Excelente espaço, perto do shopping Eldorado, e da Estação Hebraica. Tem que atravessar uma passarela para ir nesses dois locais, mas muito fácil acesso.

Fiquei hospedada por alguns dias e adorei!!! O studio é moderno, bem decorado e extremamente confortável, com cama ótima e cozinha prática. Tudo estava impecavelmente limpo e organizado, e a iluminação natural deixa tudo ainda mais aconchegante. A localização é excelente, bem em frente ao Shopping Eldorado e perto de tudo. A equipe do Meu Anfitrião foi totalmente atenciosa e a comunicação foi rápida. Recomendo demais e voltaria com certeza!
