Our open-plan studio has a space of 33m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge.
We are approximately 700m from the Parque da Cidade, Market Place and Morumbi shopping malls, in addition to being close to Parque Severo Gomes, ensuring leisure and convenience in one place.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- The studio does not have child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions for use directly on site).
Upon entering the studio, guests will find themselves in the kitchen, which has the ideal utensils to ensure practicality during their stay, such as a refrigerator, electric pan, microwave, air fryer, water filter, hood, sandwich maker, mixer, electric kettle, among others.
The living room has a sofa and a rotating Smart TV, which can also be used facing the bed. The balcony divides the spaces with a glass window and blackout curtains, as well as a view of the city.
We have a table with chairs for dining or home office, wardrobe, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, steamer and bathroom with gas shower and hair dryer.
We provide 1 unmarked parking space.
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, gym and mini-market. They will not be able to use the party room.
