- The condominium's reception is open from 7 am to 7 pm. Outside these hours, the reception is virtual.

Guests will be in the kitchen upon entering the studio, which has the ideal utensils for a practical stay, such as a minibar, cooktop stove, microwave, electric oven, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle, among others.

The studio also has a table with stools for meals or a home office, hot and cold air conditioning, Smart TV, high-speed WI-FI, iron and ironing board, and a bathroom with an electric shower and hairdryer.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

The guest will have free access to the common areas of the condominium.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- No visitors.

- No pets.

- The studio's standard voltage is 110V. There are two 220V sockets in the studio, but they are covered and should not be used.
