In a condominium with a complete leisure area and 24-hour remote concierge, our studio has 21m² and accommodates 2 people in a double bed.

We are close to Ibirapuera Shopping Mall and approximately 1.7km from Congonhas Airport, making it the ideal combination of leisure and practicality.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (charges apply, instructions available directly on site).

Upon entering the studio, guests will find themselves in the kitchen, which is equipped with everything they need for a practical stay: refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee maker, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, water filter, among others, as well as a table with chairs and a sofa for dining or a home office.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, Smart TV, iron, bathroom with electric shower and hairdryer.

We do not have parking spaces available, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not be able to use the gourmet area.

It has a wide range of shops, restaurants and services, as well as being close to Congonhas Airport, making the neighborhood a strategic location for accommodation.

We are approximately 1.4km from the Eucaliptos subway station (Line 5 - Lilac), making it easy to get around the city using public transport. It is also possible to use transport apps, such as Uber.
