Our studio is 33m² and can accommodate up to 4 people in a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed on the balcony. The condominium offers 24-hour doorman service and full leisure facilities.

The building is strategically located on Rua da Consolação, close to attractions such as the Football Museum, Augusta and Buenos Aires Parks, and Sesc Consolação, as well as Avenida Paulista, which has several establishments, shopping malls, restaurants, and more.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a functional stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, hood, sandwich maker, water filter, mixer, coffee maker and electric kettle, among others. The balcony separates the spaces with a glass door with blackout curtains, a table with chairs for dining or home office and glass windows with blinds.

The studio also has a sofa, hot and cold air conditioning, Smart TV, high-speed WI-FI, iron and bathroom with electric shower and hair dryer.

We provide 1 covered and unmarked parking space.

Guests will have free access to the common areas of the condominium, such as the swimming pool, sauna, gym, terrace and mini-market. They will not have access to the party room and barbecue area.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

The Consolação neighborhood is home to a unique mix of cultures, offering everything from art galleries to renowned theaters. Its streets are lined with restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, charming cafes, and alternative shops. We are close to the many attractions on Paulista Avenue, such as the Instituto Moreira Salles, Casa das Rosas, and others.

We are approximately 350m from the Consolação subway station (Line 4 - Yellow), making it easy to get around the city using public transport. It is also possible to use transport apps, such as Uber.
