Located on Rua da Consolação, the property is close to points of interest such as the Football Museum, Augusta and Buenos Aires Parks, Sesc Consolação, and Avenida Paulista, an area full of restaurants, shopping malls, cafes, and various leisure and service options.

Guests will have free access to the condominium’s common areas, including the swimming pool, sauna, gym, terrace, and convenience store. Access to the party room and barbecue area is not permitted.

- After the reservation is confirmed, the person responsible for the booking must send a selfie/photo holding their ID document for the seasonal rental agreement signature, as well as a valid photo ID for all guests (ID card, driver’s license, RNE, or passport).
- Noise and the use of speakers are not allowed after 10 PM. Failure to comply may result in fines according to condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The property does not have child safety screens. However, the balcony is enclosed with glass windows for greater safety.
- The studio’s standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V outlets available.
- Guests will have access to the condominium’s common areas, including the swimming pool, sauna, gym, terrace, and convenience store. Access to the party room and barbecue area is not permitted. Please note: the sauna will be under maintenance until 05/13/2026.
