Our studio offers 24m² of space and accommodates two people in a double bed. The condominium offers 24-hour security and full leisure facilities.
We are just steps from the Tomie Ohtake Institute and a short walk from Largo da Batata and Beco do Batman. Furthermore, the Faria Lima subway station (Line 4 – Yellow) is just 750 meters from the building, offering the ideal combination of leisure and convenience.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply).
Upon entering, guests will find the kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances for daily use, such as a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, water filter, electric coffee maker and kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, and more. The space also features a small living room with a counter and chairs for dining or a home office, a sofa, and a Smart TV with a swivel panel that can be used in both the living room and bedroom.
We also have other essentials, such as a portable fan, wardrobe, high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron, and a bathroom with a power shower and hairdryer.
We do not offer parking spaces, but you can park your car in the parking lot near the building (fees apply).
Guests have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the pool, gym, coworking space, and playroom. They will not have access to other leisure facilities.
Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including a manual, property rules, and tips for nearby leisure activities.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- Noise and speakers are prohibited after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.

- The studio's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the pool, gym, coworking space, and playroom. They will not have access to the other leisure facilities.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions available on site).
