Our studio accommodates two people in a double bed and offers 25m² of space. The condominium offers a gym and 24-hour concierge.
We are 500m from São Paulo Hospital and approximately 2km from Ibirapuera Park and ESPM, offering the ideal combination of leisure and convenience in the area.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium does not yet have a shared laundry room. You can use the laundry room in front of the building (fees apply, directly on site).
Guests enter the studio and find themselves in the kitchen, which is equipped with the most essential items for a convenient stay, such as a minibar, stovetop, microwave, sandwich maker, mixer, electric kettle, and more.
The balcony divides the spaces with a glass door and curtains, and features a dining table and chairs and a city view.
We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi, an AOC Roku Smart TV, air conditioning, a table and chairs for home office use, an iron, and a bathroom with a power shower and hairdryer.
We do not offer parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (fees apply, directly on site).
Guests will have access to the condominium's gym. They will not be able to use the party room.
