Situated in a prime location, 750m from Allianz Parque and 1km from Água Branca Park, the building offers several amenities in the area, such as the Bourbon and West Plaza shopping malls, Memorial da América Latina, Audio, Espaço Unimed, and more.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium does not have a shared laundry room. A nearby laundry room is available (fees apply).
Upon entering the studio, guests access the kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker, kettle, air fryer, coffee maker, Nespresso Vertuo POP coffee maker, mixer, and more.
The space also offers a counter with chairs for dining or home office, air conditioning, LG Smart TV, iron, wardrobe, high-speed Wi-Fi, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and a bathroom with an electric shower and hairdryer.
Parking spaces are not available, but parking is available nearby (fees apply).
Guests will have access to the condominium's gym. They will not be able to use the party room or other facilities.

- Noise and speakers are prohibited after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

O apto é conforme o descrito, adoramos a estadia, visto que ficamos praticamente duas semanas nos ajudou muito ter um fogão e a air fryer. Tivemos um probleminha com o chuveiro e o fogão que logo foi solucionado pela equipe, respondiam prontamente e com agilidade. Recomendo demais e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar novamente. ps.: possui uma Smart Fit ao lado e um mercadinho próximo que facilitou muito, localização bem tranquila e segura.
