- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket, with 1 full set per stay. Additional replacements during the stay can be requested for an extra fee.

- The mezzanine has an approximate height of 1.50m, which may limit comfort while standing, especially for taller guests. Access is via stairs, and the space is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

- The property does not have child safety screens; however, the balcony is equipped with protective railings for added safety.

- The condominium offers a shared OMO laundry facility, available for an additional fee.
