House with pool and barbecue in Guarujá

Located in Jardim Acapulco Condominium, in Guarujá, our house has a complete infrastructure and was prepared to receive up to 10 people.

- Access to the club is only permitted with payment at the door and payment of a fee per person/day directly at the entrance (amount to be confirmed on site).

- Only guests are allowed to enter.

- Motorbikes are not allowed, only cars.

- We do not provide bed linen and bath towels.

Our property has 560m² and contains five suites. Of the five, four are on the upper floor and one of them is on the ground floor, therefore, it contains accessibility.

Upon entering the living room, which is a large and comfortable environment, we have a room for a home office. This room contains an extra single bed, however there is no blackout curtain in place. On this same floor, we have a toilet, a bathroom, a multimedia TV room and a dining room.

The kitchen is complete, with a refrigerator, stove, dining table and a pantry with all the necessary utensils for your stay. And right next door we have a laundry room with washing machine.

On the upper floor, in addition to the 4 suites, we offer a living room with armchairs and a mezzanine with chairs overlooking the pool.

The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the house, with a cozy balcony, swimming pool with waterfall, shower and barbecue.

There are also spaces for 4 cars on site.

Jardim Acapulco is a condominium surrounded by Rio do Peixe, Golf Club and a majestic green area of ​​475,000m².

The condominium offers 24-hour security with concierge, guards, electronic gates activated by magnetic card, video cameras and motorized patrols.

The waters are calm, clear and it is also a good choice for surfing beginners.
