Our studio offers 24m² of space and accommodates two people in a double bed. The condominium features a fully equipped leisure area and 24-hour security.
We are strategically located just 1km from Allianz Parque, one of the city's largest venues for events, concerts, and soccer matches. We are also close to other attractions, such as the Memorial da América Latina, Parque da Água Branca, Espaço Unimed, and others.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (fees apply, instructions available directly on site).
Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which is equipped with the ideal appliances for a functional stay: refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, and more.
The balcony is enclosed by a soundproof glass door and blackout curtains, and offers a lounge chair and city views.
We offer hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an LG Smart TV, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.
We do not offer parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (fees apply, directly on site).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including the pool, gym, and coworking space. They will not be able to use the party room or gourmet area.
