Our apartment accommodates 3 people and offers 28m² of space. The condominium features a fully equipped leisure area and 24-hour security.

We are 1.3km from the Vergueiro subway station (Line 1 – Blue) and close to the Liberdade neighborhood, the city's main hub of Asian culture. We are also close to Aclimação Park, making it the ideal option for a balance of leisure and convenience.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (fees apply, instructions available directly on site).

Upon entering, guests will find the kitchen, which is equipped with everything they need for a comfortable stay, such as a minibar, cooktop stove, range hood, microwave, sandwich maker, water filter, blender, electric kettle, and coffee maker, among other amenities.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a living room with a table and chairs for dining or a home office, a sofa bed, a Philco Smart TV, and a small balcony with a soundproof glass door and blackout curtains, as well as glass windows and access to the suite.

The balcony features a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, a gas shower, and a hairdryer.

We also have high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron and a covered, unmarked parking space.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, sauna, game room, mini-market, playroom, and coworking space. Use of the coworking space is subject to availability. Guests will not have access to the party room.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- Noise and speakers are prohibited after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
