Our 23m² studio accommodates two people in a double bed. The condominium has a 24-hour doorman and a leisure area.
We are just 300m from the Oscar Freire subway station (Line 2 - Yellow) and 1km from the iconic Avenida Paulista, one of the city's main tourist attractions. The area offers cultural attractions such as the Instituto Moreira Salles and Casa das Rosas, ensuring a complete art and culture experience.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
