We are approximately 800m from Allianz Parque, one of the city's main hubs for soccer games and major events. We are also close to the Bourbon and West Plaza shopping malls, ensuring leisure and convenience in one location.

Upon entering, guests will find themselves in the kitchen, which offers essentials for a convenient stay, such as a minibar, cooktop stove, microwave, water filter, electric kettle and coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, and more. We also have a table with stools for dining and a washing machine.
Guests are accommodated in a double bed and a double sofa bed. We offer a home office space, an iron and ironing board, hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an LG Smart TV, and a bathroom with a power shower and hairdryer.
The studio is enclosed by glass windows with curtains and soundproofing.
We do not offer parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (fees apply, directly on site).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, coworking space, mini-market, and bike rack. They will not have access to the party room or barbecue area.

Het was een erg fijn verblijf!
Ligging is perfect veel restaurants in de buurt.
Otávio was erg behulpzaam en ook de rest van de staff , ik zou hier zeker terug gaan .
