Our apartment boasts a 40m² space and accommodates up to 3 people. The condominium offers a complete leisure area and 24-hour security.
We are in a prime location, just steps from Allianz Parque and Água Branca Park, as well as the Bourbon and West Plaza shopping malls, Memorial da América Latina, Audio, Espaço Unimed, and more.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a OMO shared laundry room (fees apply, directly on site).

- Parking spaces are not available, but parking is available in a nearby parking lot (fees apply, directly on site).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including a swimming pool with accessibility for people with disabilities, a gym, a coworking space, a playroom, a game room, bike storage, and a playground. They will not have access to the party room or gourmet area.
Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including a manual, property rules, and tips for nearby leisure activities.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The studio's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including a swimming pool with accessibility for people with disabilities, a gym, a coworking space, a playroom, a game room, bike racks, and a playground. Guests will not have access to the party room or gourmet area.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room OMO (prices separately, directly on site).
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- We do not provide parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (fees apply, available on-site).
- A R$1,000.00 security deposit is attached to your reservation and will be used to cover any unforeseen events. If none occur, there will be no additional charges. This security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, upon inspection of the unit.
