Our location is prime. We are just 300m from Allianz Parque, home to the city's main soccer games, events, and concerts. We are also close to the Bourbon and West Plaza shopping malls, as well as Água da Branca Park and event venues such as Espaço Unimed and Memorial da América Latina.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

We do not offer parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (fees apply).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and coworking space. The pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance. Guests will not have access to the party room or barbecue area.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- The apartment's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
